Agreement

By using NeverMissaBooking services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. "Services" means the missed-call text-back, AI receptionist, review management, and any related features we provide.

Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If you continue past the trial period without cancelling, you will be billed at the applicable monthly rate. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

You must use the services for lawful business purposes only. You may not use the services to send spam, harass individuals, or violate any applicable law or regulation, including TCPA rules governing text messaging.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business. You are also responsible for compliance with applicable messaging laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining any required consent from your customers before they receive automated texts.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms or factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

NeverMissaBooking is not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, or indirect damages arising from use or unavailability of the services. Our total liability to you in any month will not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington, DC.
